Artours by Susanna Buricchi is an authorized tour operator and travel agency with head office in Italy. Insurance cover policy RC tour operators and travel agencies EUROPE ASSISTANCE n. 2342896 for the risks and compensation limits provided for in the Legislative Decree. 111/95 and from the insurance policy and bank guarantee for insolvency and bankruptcy GARANZIA VIAGGI n. A/14.5954/5/2024.
Artours T.O. is not responsible for death, personal injury, loss or damage to people or personal belongings. Artours T.O. is not responsible for any injury, loss, delay or inconvenience caused by force majeure or other events which are beyond its control, or which are not preventable by reasonable diligence by Artours T.O., such as wars, floods, severe weather phenomena, etc.
The prices of Artours T.O. tours and offers are calculated on the basis of the official costs of admission tickets to the various sites and attractions described in the programs. The agency reserves the right to change said prices based on any changes made by ticket offices.
Cancellation & refund policy
Changing the name used for the reservation is free of charge, while changing the date of the tour is subject to availability and to the payment of the fixed fee of €25 per person.
No refund will be issued to clients who will not show up at the agreed meeting point and time. Similarly, no reimbursement will be given to clients who loose contact with the guide during the tour, or who do not complete the excursion.
It is strongly recommended to show up at the meeting point indicated on the Exclusive Connection voucher at least 10 minutes before the starting time. Cancellations must be notified in writing to [email protected] within 48 hours prior to departure in order to receive a full refund.
For cancellations communicated from 48 hours up to 24 hours prior to departure, the client is entitled to a refund of 50% of the total price, plus a deduction of 5% for fixed costs. Tickets are non-refundable.
If the client cancels less than 24 hours before the departure, no reimbursement will be granted as the reservation is considered confirmed.
Cancellations by Artours T.O.
Artours T.O. reserves the right to cancel any tour or service, with no fees or penalties, in the event of circumstances beyond their control, and when is not reached the minimum number of participants specified for each event.
In this case the client is entitled to a refund of the amount paid. In case of force majeure (strikes, road conditions, bad weather) Artours T.O. may change the itinerary with alternative solutions, while maintaining the duration and quality of the service.
Complaints
Any complaint must be communicated in writing to [email protected] within 10 days after the date of the tour. The Court of Arezzo will settle disputes that cannot be resolved amicably.
